Solehush CloudLiner and related products are comfort products, not medical devices. They are designed to make long days on your feet more comfortable. They do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, and individual results vary. If you have a medical concern about your feet, please consult a qualified professional.

Offers and Discounts

Our Buy 1 Pair Get 1 Free offer is applied automatically in the cart: for every pair you purchase, you receive one additional pair free (buy 1 get 1, buy 2 get 2, buy 3 get 3). Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash, may not combine with other product discounts, and may change or end at any time without notice. Orders placed before a change keep the offer they were placed with.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown at checkout in your selected currency. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and its partners, we never see or store your full card details.

Digital Products

Digital purchases such as The Happy Feet Guide (PDF) are delivered by email after purchase and are non-refundable once delivered.

Orders and Cancellations

We start processing orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours of purchase and we will do our best to catch it before it ships.

Intellectual Property

All content on this store, including the Solehush name, the CloudLiner name, images, and text, belongs to Solehush and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solehush is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
