Every order is packed with care and shipped with tracking. Here is what to expect.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email right away and a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, usually within 2-4 days of purchase.
Delivery Times
- United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand: 7-10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10-14 business days
Delivery estimates start from the day your order ships, not the day it is placed. During busy seasons carriers can take a little longer.
Shipping Costs
- FREE shipping on every order, worldwide. No minimum.
Order Tracking
Track your order any time on our Track Your Order page using the tracking number from your shipping email. Tracking can take 2-5 days to show its first update while the parcel enters the carrier network.
Shipping Protection
If you added Shipping Protection at checkout and your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us and we will reship it instantly, no questions asked.
Customs and Import Fees
International orders may be subject to local customs or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Most of our parcels are small and pass through without charges.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it. We cannot redirect parcels once they have shipped.
